My friend Jenny recipe :

Mrs Martin's Brownies with Marshmallow Frosting

Oven to 350* & 8 inch pan, lightly greased
Brownies:
1/2 c butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c flour

Marshmallow Frosting:
3 T butter, softened
4 T unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 T honey
1 t vanilla
1 c confectioner's sugar
1 c mini marshmallows

Extra 1 c marshamallows

Brownies:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, & vanilla until well blended. Add in melted butter. Mix. Once well incorporated, begin adding in cocoa & flour. Mix well. Pour into pan. Cook 30 to 35 minutes.

Frosting:
In a microwave safe container combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Mix. Add in marshmallows, fold into mix. Microwave in increments of 20 seconds until marshmallows lose shape. Then fold them into the mix. Set aside, wait for brownies to cook.

When brownies are done, remove to rack to cool. Immediately pour extra cup of marshmallows onto hot brownies. Then spoon frosting mix on top. Once the marshmallows start to melt, gently swirl the marshmallows and frosting together on the brownies. Let cool at least 30 minutes. Cut and serve.
